Zana Hughes

Zana Hughes is the founder of The Hughes Family and Friends Foundation, which she created alongside her husband, Breck Hughes, with a shared vision of supporting children and families throughout Utah.

As successful entrepreneurs, Zana and Breck reached a place in life where they felt deeply called to invest back into the community in a meaningful and lasting way. Through the foundation, Zana is committed to supporting initiatives that directly help children and families facing difficult circumstances across Utah.

A personal promise Zana has made to every donor is that 100% of donations go directly toward program costs, ensuring contributions directly benefit the children and families the foundation serves. She is closely involved in the foundation's mission, growth, and outreach efforts across Utah.

Alana Milne

Alana Milne

Alana Milne serves as Director of The Hughes Family and Friends Foundation, where she oversees the foundation's day to day operations, program development, outreach efforts, partnerships, and behind the scenes coordination.

Working closely alongside founder Zana Hughes, Alana helps manage and grow the foundation's initiatives while ensuring programs operate thoughtfully and effectively in service of children and families throughout Utah. Her background in project management, marketing, operations, and executive support allows her to help bridge both the strategic and creative sides of the foundation's work.

Passionate about creating meaningful impact, Alana is involved in the foundation's ongoing growth, community relationships, and mission driven initiatives.

Kaytlin Neil

Kaytlin Neil

Kaytlin Neil is an MMA fighter, fitness coach, and content creator who works alongside The Hughes Family and Friends Foundation to help document and share the foundation's mission through visual content on social media.

With a background rooted in discipline and creativity, Kaytlin brings a strong work ethic and energetic presence to the foundation's content and branding. Through video storytelling, she helps highlight the people, moments, and programs that make the foundation's work meaningful and impactful throughout the Utah community.
